I've spent a couple hours reading posts. I notice there's mini challenges going on.
I really need all the motivation I can get.
I have been doing a modified atkins since I had my second son. I just can't seem to stick to Induction, I want to join the Induction boot camp but I'm not sure how it works. I go to school so I need to find a way to take snacks to school instead of eating at the cafe. Please help me navigate the adbb to get the most out of it
