i am Rose i am from Sydney ....
ok i have spend all my day on the board reading i have dite'd but failed
but today as i come on line these morning i was here at the Atkins forum i feel i could do it but here
i see the members photos it incarge me a lot to start i couldn't wait for next day ...
or even to weight my self i just started ......today my first induction Day ..
i need help advaice i am not in usa but i need your help

Welcome Rose, post and enjoy. Everyone here is so helpful and full of information. My 13 year old daughter will be in Australia in July for three weeks with People to People. She will be visiting Syndney. She has to a project for tomorrow on Food in Australia. Best of luck to you and if you haven't read the book, read it. It is full of good info. D-
