    Hi,

My name is Sherry and I am new to this board, but not to lowcarb. I have tried and failed so many times at this, but I am not going to give up. It is not hard a hard program to follow. So I came here for accountability. It is my plan to start induction after my surgery which is in 2 weeks, but in the mean time I do watch my carbs very closey . It is my desire to really loose the weight this time. I have read some of the success stories on the board and let me tell you they were awesome. Well enogugh about me...so you all please wish me luck with my weight loss journey.

Welcome Sherry. No luck required. Just a determination to succeed. Do you have the book: Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution 2002 edition?

Welcome to the board! Accountability is a huge thing. Just putting your weights in a signature is huge. People notice when things are going well for you and encourage when they don't. I hope you find this place as supportive I do, and I am glad you joined us here.

Click on "User CP" item in the upper menu. Then click on Edit Signature. Type within the field as you would if you were posting, i.e. you can link to photos or post code as well.

                          Re: Newbie

Thanks again for the warm welcome. I really beleive that I can do it this time. Some one asked earlier do I have the book, and yes I do have the book. I have read it and I am hoping that everything just click. My biggest fear is failing again, but I am just gonna take one day at a time.

Also, this might be a duplicate message because I am still learning how to work this board. So please be patient with me.

                          Thanks,
                          Sherry
