hi, this ois my second time around, and i am getting nowhere!i started 16 days ago, i weighed 249,,,after the first week, i was 245,,,then by my 14th day, i was up to 247.!! i have not cheated at all. i dont know what to do,,,,
i have been walking a mile a day, drinking 72 oz of water a day,,,eating only meat eggs and very little cheese,,,i am at a loss. i am desperate to do this,,,please help me ,,any tips would be greatly appriciated.
oh yeah, my legs are swollen and very hard feeling or tight,,,i think i am retaining fluid. could this be? should i take a water pill?
thank you so much for letting me vent,,,i have not gave up yet,,,,i know there is something stopping me ,,,i just cant see it yet.
