Hello!
I'm kind of new to the forums, I've never really posted on here. I'm not new to the diet though. I was once 285lbs got on atkins and dropped to 210 but then i fell off the bandwagon and went back up to 268
Well...that was 5 months ago and now I weigh 183. The thing is lately I have been straying away from Atkins and just eating out a lot, well I'm going to indulge for one more night on carbs and I'm going to start over from the beginning tomorrow. So I just wanted to say hi and explain my situation cause its getting harder to keep up on atkins so I hope I can get some support in the hard "crave" nights! Thanks so much! ^_^
