hello, everyone,i m 20 yr old indian female living in dubai, 2 day is my 15th day on induction,,but i hav lost only 2 pounds[i lost 2 pounds after first week..n in the second week i didnt lose anything]
i think i made a few mistakes..like in the first 2 days i thought strawberries were aloowed n i had quite a few of em
..n also i did hav one cup of tea everyday with a lil milk[ how much harm does a lil milk do]..i also had lentils[ only a few times] which is an integral part of indian diet....
so i m thinking now..to go on extended induaction,,n do a very clean one this time..
can someone help me out.........thanks 4 ur time..

Sam. I know it is hard to let go of your cultural foods. I love my rotis and my rice and ground provisions BUT do yourself a great favour and do a clean induction. And guess what, still congratulate yourself on losing those 2 pounds. It is still an achievement!!
