Edit the post above and take that semicolon out that is in front of the http part, and after the IMG] I dunno if caps make a difference in the IMG part or not, but I have always typed in caps. So you don't have to do it each time, scroll to the top of this page, and up there on the right hand side it should say 'welcome aubs' click onto the link that says private messages and you will get to another screen where you can edit your signature.

Hi aubs, I started induction yesterday... how's it going at your end so far? I'm feeling pretty rubbish at the moment, induction flu is taking hold

Hi I bought the book and still made a few errors - but I'm getting there - just had really bad induction flu but its getting better and I'm losing weight like fun and I'm not hungry at all!!!!!!!!!!! for the first time in about five years ! Good luck.
