Hi, I'm Yuna, I'm 28. I'm married, no kids yet. At the highest I weighed about 210. Now I weigh 190. I haven't gotten my books in the mail yet, but I'm starting by just cutting out soda and noodles for now - the obvious things. Today is my first day cuttting out those things.
I don't look like someone who weighs 190, so I'm not sure what my target weight is. I'd be VERY happy to be 140, and I looked pretty nice as a size 10, around 150-160. I'd just like to be a size 8 again, or 6 if it feels healthy. Now I'm a size 14 (sometimes 16). I'm 5'7" btw. I've noticed my bone structure is quite small, maybe that's why I don't seem as heavy as I am. My license says 165 adn I'm stickin' to it! No one can tell it's not true...
I especially want to thank SugarFreeSheila for her website, which a friend showed me. It's embarassing to admit, but I had the wrong idea about Atkin's until I saw Sheila's site 2 nights ago. Now I'm excited to get started!
