  • Yet Another....

    Looks like im one of many newbies, im 25yo guy looking for something new to change my life, tried other diets but they never work, this i think could work if i get it right, i need the confidence from losing weight before im too old to live.
    Starting the 14 day induction this Sunday (will need that much time to educate myself and shop for the right foods)

    LOL, sorry, this isn't a game and its not even a diet, and because of that it will work for you. I mean, what diet recommends that you eat FAT. What diet has bacon on it? What diet can you snack on hot wings and ranch dressing?
    Glad you found us and joined. You will love this way of eating and as a bonus, lose weight and get healthy at the same time.

      Life is a game in my eyes, you play it your way and hopefully you win but thats too deep this this lol

      No i agree i have heard alot about it but never thought it would be any good for me as im not a massive red meat eater but after reading up seems that doesnt matter too much

        It's okay to look at it as a game, since some other people might try to strategize against you, tackle you, or hip-check you at any moment! You need to build your own team of supporters (include us in that group, please!) as well. I purposely look for ways to challenge myself, whether in social situations or with exercise or with new recipes. Is that a game? Maybe, but that's completely cool!

        You will find lots of great information on this board, including fitness challenges. You can even start a journal and challenge yourself with new goals, with all of us to watch and cheer you on. We are quite a bit like a motley group of incredibly wonderful cheerleaders!!
