    Salad Dressing/Eating Out

If you are eating out...at say OutBack...is it better to order the Blue Cheese or the Caeser Dressing (if oil and vinigar is not an option)?

I'm an Atkins newb myself but this is what I've learned.

You have to be real careful with any type of dressing especially at restaurants where you can't read the ingredients. Sugar and especially high fructose corn syrup is in everything, even foods where you wouldn't expect to be sweetened. I would go with no dressing and eat the vegetables plain especially if your in the induction phase. Better safe than sorry.

      Hi faith16,

Your safest bet is to ask for the brand they use and if they know the carb count...or if it's homemade, ask what the ingredients are.
