    Howdy, everyone. I'm here to introduce myself because I'm very new at this! I have been doing Atkins induction for almost a week now, and feel a slight change in my body- but most importantly, in my mood and how I feel. I am at approximately 140 Pounds, but I'm not interested in weighing myself (beauty isn't a number, right?)

    I would just like to feel better- but would like to lose between 15 and 20 pounds. Do you think it's possible in about 6 weeks? I'm not sure how healthy that is. Anyways, all the encouragement and advice I can get is SO appreciated. Good luck everybody! and ps, I cant make my photo any smaller so very sorry about the enormous up close of me..
