    Well, did you read the book and follow the induction rules? Did you eat low carb bars, shakes, and candy? If you did,those will cause you to gain or stall. Can you give any more information, please?
    What would we do without it?

      Reread the book, hang out at ADBB, drink your water, exercise...and you'll have success!!

        Hey guys! I really screwed up that post. I started to write something and decided against it and ended up sending about a quarter of what I wrote. But thanks for all you input I am going to restart April 1st and I have decided to quit "trying" I'm just gonna do it this time. Before I drive myself crazy miserable. Thanks again.

        Oh and yes I have and am currently reading the book again. I just quit doing Atkins the first go round. And ended up gaining about 30 pounds. I'm so tired of being fat!

        Any and all support is soooo appreciated!!

          That is great!! You will do it this time, and you will be healthy and thin. This is a wonderful way of life, I have never felt better!! I am so glad you are back on Atkins! Please, keep us posted. PM me anytime if you need help.

            welcome to the boards, and most of us understand the feelings of disapointment. I know I do. I have quit, and restarted so many times I can't even keep up with anymore. But, I am going to restart on April 16, (I am personal reasons for this date) I have it any my mind that nothing is going to detour me this time. NOTHING. I have already started and excercise program at curves. Find things, like this board, that help encourage your diet. It will be more successful.
