    new girl!

    Hey. I am new to the board but not the diet. I love what i see here. This looks like a great place for info and support. I have been on the diet a while and although I have slipped up a few times I am doing well now and have lost almost 40lbs. I tried on a pair of shorts last night that did not fit last summer and they fit great!
