Hi, I'm Michael and I've been on atkins for seven days. I've always been muscular but with a layer of fat hiding my abs and pecs. My forearms and legs are ripped - a bothersome contrast. To prepare for this approach I read the book and stocked my fridge with healthy foods. I went for the "if it tastes good, don't eat it" approach.
