    Hi all,
    I'm starting the induction phase tommorow and I'm off to shop for groceries just wanted to introduce myself...
    I was on Atkin's a couple of years ago and stopped after the induction phase because I had reached my goal weight in 2 weeks. (14lbs)
    I didn't gain back for at least 6 months but I know...I should of maintained .

    Anyways, I need to lose the same 14 lbs (keeps hanging around and off me...)

    I'm 5'7 and weight about 140lbs ( I shall weigh myself tommorow morning for the approximate).
    I just wanted to get the ball rolling...

    This site is incredible wish that I had found it sooner...the before/after pics are incredible!!!! Bring on the protein..........

    Hi and welcome! Now you know to move from induction to the other phases of induction! I know you'll be a lifelong success.

          Welcome back to Atkins, will you be doing OWL this time? It will help you keep the weight of long term (and you still lose weight).
          What would we do without it?

                Hi and thanks for all the encouraging replies everyone...

                I will definetly move into the OWL phase this time around...

                I have a genetic predispostion for Diabetes so this time its for the long haul.

                Anyways, I'm on day 2, in control and loving it...
