Hi, I too am new to Atkins, I have read the book and been browsing around this site and made the decision last night that I'm going to lose that last 30 pounds the Atkins way! Great to see so much support here - I know there will be days I really need it!
I was wondering if anyone has advice for sticking with the plan while working shift work - kicking caffeine will definately be a hard one
while working a 12 hour night shift and then going home to 3 boys! (4 including my DH) Any suggestions from fellow shift workers or others would be really appreciated - I really want to stick with a clean induction as it sounds like it truly sets the stage for success!
I will be starting on Tuesday after my last night shift this weekend.

I lost most of my weight doing other diets instead of Atkins but then had a stubborn 20 lbs that wouldnt come off. But after doing Atkins and seeing it melt away I was convinced that this was the only way for me to go.

What would we do without it?
That was so encouraging to see for me!
