Hiya All,
I don`t get too much time on the internet and when I do I am rushing around looking at emails and whatever else I might be able to do but,
I really would like some advice and help.
I am breastfeeding and am feeling very sick of my weight. I would like to know if it is ok/safe for my baby for me to be on the diet. What do you think?
Is there a certain way I should tackle this and eat a few more carbs etc?
I`m hoping to have as much advice as possible please. Thanks and take care everybody.
