  • I'm new!!

    Hi everyone!!my name is JoAnne (better known as Joj0) i'm 25 yrs old, and happily married witha 16 month old son....I will be starting Atkin's as of April 23rd...to give me time to finish readign the book and stuff...i can't wait to startt ho...i REALLY need to lose this weight...and get back to beign healthy....i've been readign around and such and it's all very helpful!! so thanks to whoever does it all!! cuz it's GREAT!!!

    anyways...can't wait to get to knwo you all!!!

    Welcome, Joj0! Definitely a good idea to read the book -- once you read it, Atkins is the only plan that makes sense!

      I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

          i'm tryign to lose AT LEAST 110 but would liek to try to lose maybe 10 - 20 lbs more than that....

            We are in the same boat then as I need to lose about 115 or so. Welcome to the board. I hope you have great success.

              Hi Jojo!

              Welcome to ADBB. I've been using this site for 2 weeks and it is an amazing resource for the Atkins way of life. It's good you are reading the book through because Atkins is such an effective diet if done the right way. The best thing you can do is not take any shortcuts and get it right the first time! Can't wait to see how you do!
