    Back again.

I was here around January when I started my second go on Atkins and I ended up falling of the horse again. I'm here now because I'm thinking about starting it again. I've put on a lot of weight and broke the 300 lbs mark which is not something I'm proud of. Hopefully this time I will be able to stay in the saddle. I don't know when I'm going to start because I have a bunch of food that I can't afford to just throw away. Hopefully soon though!

Glad to see you check in again. Atkins works. I can vouch for that. Hope that you can soon start and improve your life. This is the best thing that I've ever done for myself.

      Re: Back again.

Thinking about starting again? Don't think about it. Just do it.

Do you live alone or are there others in your home who can eat that other food? If not, and you can't afford to throw it away, at least eat smaller portions and don't gorge until it's all gone.

Use this time to plan your Atkins meals and your strategies. Reread "the book." You can do this! I just know it!

I found your horse Kristin and tied her up to the tree.......... Shes out there waiting for you to jump back on

P.S. I also put some super glue in the pocket on the saddle, I know those things get slippery sometimes :hugs:
