    NEWBIE~I've lost and now I'm maintaining

    Hello! I lost 60 lbs on Atkins about 4 years ago and I'm in maintenance. I'm here to support and to be supported. This looks like a great place with a lot of great people. I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone!

        Hi all I lost 30 lbs. back in July and August and I'm back again to reach my goal. I've been in Induction for about a week now and have lost.

          Was on atkins 1.5 years ago and went from 250-170!
          My mistake:catfight , not going through all phases here I am again 215 trying to do it rite this time!:walking
