    Hi all,

    starting the atkins today for the second time.......lost a stone at the first attempt a few years ago, so I know this WOE works.

    Just threw everything out non-atkins and been shopping..

    first weigh in: 16st 7lb

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
