I just started the Atkins Induction phase yesterday. I also try to work out daily with cardio and weight training. I'm hoping that will help me knock a decent chunk out of my 180lb frame by my birthday (5/5). Heck, I'll be happy with 5 lbs! Anyway, I look forward to doing correspondence with you. Be good!
Oh yeah...I meant to add that my ultimate goal is 140.
