Restarting Atkins - new to the board

I am a 24 year old full time employee and college student. I have been battleing the effects of snack eating between work and school for sometime now. This is day three for me and I am looking forward to loseing my weight and get back to being myself. As of Friday my weight was 251 I plan on weighing in every 5 to 7 days. (I can go scale crazy if I don't limiot myself.)

I tried atkins a while back (4 years ago ) and did good for the 5 weeks I stayed on it. I went back to college and I fell back into the pattern of eating anything. I weighed about 215 then then I got married after that and both myhusband and I gained about 30 pounds and it had been drifting back and forth from 245 to 255 during the past year.

Welcome to ADBB. Those snacks will get us every time. Stop on by the Second Time Around board. Lots and lots of good advice there. Good luck to you.

          Welcome!

Very smart to limit the scale stepping to once a week, good job!

          Best of luck to you!

I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!
