I'm glad to be here.
Hi I'm glad to be here and this isn't my first time doing Atkins but my first time here. I've been lurking and enjoy the board so I decided to join. This is my 3rd day in Induction. I appreciate everyone being here, and have a great journey on Atkins for life.

There's no better place on earth for help and support than the ADBB.Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.
I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!
