    Re: Greetings!!!

Hello Jaclin, and welcome to ADBB!

You've come to the right place for people to stay on your AZZ! A hard boiled egg is a great start! Have you read the book? It's really essential to doing the Atkins WOE right! I would post your first couple days menus so you can get feed back, and totally check out the recipe links on this board for great ideas. Also, read the stickies in the forums, they are full have helpful information!
    Best Wishes!

      Re: Greetings!!!

thank you Saty foir your quick reply Yes i have read the book a few times..i actually "attempted" the induction phase a few years ago..it went well but i did not go on any further...so here i am back and ready to do this WOL !
I get confused sometimes with too much reading...is there anywhere i can go that just lists the foods that are LEGAL at all times in induction? I loaned my book out a bit ago and it has never been returned

            Re: Greetings!!!

            Welcome!!!

You definitely can do this! I feel if I can, anybody can!

If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask here (or PM me if you prefer).

If you want someone to stay on your AZZ, I recommend joining boot camp next time it rolls around you'll DEFINITELY have that for 2 weeks! In the meantime, I found SO MUCH help from using the Review My Menu forum, getting feedback on all my food choices each day, you might want to try that.

If you stay stubborn for a few weeks and stay on the plan, you'll be AMAZED how much better you look and feel, and you'll want to stay on it and it'll become second nature. Good luck!
Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.

I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!
