    Back to Atkins!

    Hi people,
    this is my second attempt on atkins.. last one was 3 mths back when i lost 13 lbs.... now it have gained all of it back.. want to start again.. and hope to keep at it this time... need lloooaadsss of motivation!!!

                  Scroll a little further down on the forums list -- you'll find it!! We're a good group of people in there. But read all over the site - there is loads of information everywhere - lots of motivation!

                      Good luck, you can definitely do this!!
                      Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.

                      I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!
