hey yall, new guy here. Starting atkins tomorrow morning
Its going to be a huge shock to what im use to (well, mainly the no-soda part) but it will be worth it.
My first mini-goal is to get below 300, which is something ive always struggled with. After that its to get to 275, then finally 250. I definetly think I can get to 275 by the end of this summer, and maybe 250 and I get back to working out like I use to.
Only other diet that ever worked for me is when my doctor had me a 1,000 calories/day diet. I lost like 30+lbs really fast, but I ended up getting really sick and couldnt stay on it. But if I could that, this should be pretty easy
