Joy, thanks what I was thinking about...something that isn't so far away. I like the interim goals better, then at least I could feel like I've achieved some success along the way. I need to think about something like that. Maybe 165 first and then 145. And then I can see how I feel after that. The other mini goals could be my size goals. That would be fun.
Saty, Oh I love hearing that your Size 12 jeans are falling off isn't that a great feeling. You're making way for your Size 10's. Your right your 5'8, so our sizing is probable pretty close depending on our frame sizes. Last time I think I just didn't exercise enough and I lost my bottom...lol, but it's back now. So, hopefully I can keep it this time and just firm it up to a nice size. The plan is to work on firming up everything this time.
