Welcome to the board. You will notice that there is a special section devoted to Diabetes. I am sure you will find everything you need there.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

Hi and Welcome! If you have any specific questions, you can definitely get answers here. I am fortunate that I haven't had to deal with thyroid issues or diabetes, so I am probably useless, but there are a LOT of people here who can help. Like richt said, there are special forums for those issues where you can do research and ask questions.
