My name is Margaret and I got started with Atkins on the 3rd of April and I have been o induction since then.
I weighed 182.6 pounds when I started (I'm 5 11') and I weighed 171.6 when i weighed myself last week.
It's been a bit tough getting used to the new routine and my biggest challenge now is that i'm so tired of eating poultry and beef
Second challenge is that i've been eating peanuts and havin some diet coke.
Please advise me on these food choices and let me know how I can get more craetive foodwise.
My target weight is 143 pounds and even below (just worried about my height) and I don't ever want to get off the Atkins routine.
Please giv advise....I've read the book!!

Why don't you try some herbal teas, flavor it with splenda if you need to, but most of them you don't even need it. That's another way to get your water up.
The only thing is watching your portion control, it was hard to eat just one.
