You're definitely in the right place, ADBB is a wealth of information and support. I have never found a more friendlier bunch of people ANYWHERE!
Good luck on your journey!Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.
I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!
