    Hi my name is Flossie and I would welcome advise on how to manuver this web site. I already cannot find where to list my starting weight/current weight/goal weight as one person suggested. She said to click profile, but I don't see it!
    So as you can see, I will be needy for awhile, sorry!

    I am 50 years old, but feel 70 becaause of 70 extra pounds. I have almost zero energy and just feel horrible. I want to lose weight, exercise and start living my life again.

    I look forward to your assistance. Thank you!

    Welcome Flossie, You have come to the right place. I been here about a month and LOVE IT!!! if you have any questions this is the right place to come.
    LOOK UP at the top of the page in the dark blue. See where it says Forums, there you will find all the different threads to choose from. Next to it is User CP, that is where you change your profile. Edit signature is what you want to add everything. While I am here you can also go to a www.ticker.com ( I think that is it) and add that to your signature. That will show your progress in your weight loss. Or you can just type it in.         Hello Flossie! I am a newb as well. A board of this magnitude can be intimidating. It so packed full of information. If you need any help I will try to help as well.

          Did you figure out how to put your starting and goal weights in your signature? If not, let me know and I'll help walk you through it.

          I can't wait to see your successes, you can definitely do this, and being a part of this board can help tremendously (I know it does for me).
