Hello Everyone,



Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend. My name is Casey and I started Atkins last Sunday 4/23/06 and as of today I have lost 9 lbs. I am very excited and can’t wait to get on the scale again next Sunday.



I started Atkins with my Fiancée. We moved in together about 4 months ago and let me tell you what we gained some weight. LOL. He has done Atkins before and lost 65 lbs in 3 months. So that definitely is something I would love to do. It’s a wonderful challenge.



I have read these boards all week long and it all seems so helpful. Wanted to say thanks. I’m sure I will be posting on here pretty often.

Wow 9 lbs! You certainly are doing something right! It's great that you have a support system in your BF and now that you found ADBB you are set! I look forward to hearing about your progress!
