Hi Everyone,
I used to be a permanent fixture around here many moons ago but unfortunately my bum became so bruised from falling off the wagon, I decided I needed time to heal my bum and now that it is fully healed here I am.
It's strange because even though I cheated, I never cheated with anything amazing, I cheated with BRANFLAKES and BREAD. Other people cheated with chocolate and sweets and cakes etc but I cheated with boring stuff, see I couldn't even do that properly
Anyway since then i've found out that I LOVE PORK and LAMB
which I probably hadn't eaten for over 25 years. My next hurdle is to find a carb free gravy granule and i'm well away munching on meat and veggies .
I didn't decide until Saturday night to come back to Atkins and one of my friends is going to do it with me too. I will go shopping tomorrow (Tues) and get all my Atkins friendly food (it's bank hol here at the mo so that's why i'm leaving it until tomorrow to go shopping) i'm going to weigh and measure myself and i'm going to drink nothing but
~ this was another area i struggled with, drinking all my water each day.
Anyway enough of my waffling on, I need to go and make a food list

I really do have so much admiration and respect for you all and one day I hope to be where you are all now. Ok, enough of the grovelling, I better get up off my knees or they will be bruised like how my bum bum used to be
