Hello Again!!!

Hello To All!!! I was a member here a while back but then life became so very hectic and I have not had time to stop and say HI! I have been able to stop in from time to time to read a few posts. I LOVE THIS BOARD!!! It's been very helpful to me and also encouraging. I'm still on the my eternal trek of weight loss. I started out at 252 and I'm currently 223. It hasn't happened over night but it's happening so that's all that matters to me. I'm going to be the BIG 50 this month and I've convinced myself it's now or never. Wish me luck and I wish all of you continued success. Thanks for being here!!!

Welcome back! Sounds like you're doing great and even lost 30 pounds with life being hectic. There are so many forums here to help you deal with all of life's issues and still keep on track to get healthy and lose weight. Check them out and I'm sure you'll find some you can relate to.

Everyone here is more than willing to share their knowledge and offer comments to help you succeed. Best wishes and please keep us posted on your progress!! You will do it. We are all here working together to make it happen!
