Wow, it has been some amount of time.
Ignoring my health, ignoring my life, but the last few weeks i have been more winded and more tired than i have in some time.
I started here on the boards gosh, over 2 years ago. I did really well on atkins for a few months, hit a plateau and got frustrated, and gained all my weight back plus 20.
This last week i have had extreme fatigue, shortness of breath with chest pains, so last night I found myself in the er seeing what was going on. A clean EKG and chest X-Ray giving me a semi clean bill of health, so i can press forward again to maybe get my health under control.
The boards have changed DRAMATICALLY, but its good to be back. Hopefully this time for good.
One thing i have missed in still trying either other weight loss plans, or just going it alone has been the support of the boards. My husband noted that when i was at the peak of weight loss i was on the boards all day long, getting the ideas and support i need to succeed.

CW:315? (my scale isnt accurate above 320 but it hovers at 315),
1st goal: 300 (July 1st)
2nd goal: 250 (christmas)
3rd goal: 200 (may 2007)
I know my goals are achievable, and possibly before my goal dates, im just being reasonable
