    I just started Atkins and I am so excited about having a new lifestyle.

    Anyone in Atlanta or Atlanta area who wants to be workout buddies, lemme know....Check me out!!

    60 MINS ELLIPTICAL EVERY MORNING
    100 DIRTY DOGS (50 EACH SIDE)
    200 CRUNCHES
    15 MINS STRETCHING

    *EVENING*
    YOGA
    50 DIRTY DOGS (25 EACH SIDE)
    LIGHT WEIGHT ROUTINE (LOUNGES. ARM CURLS, ETC)
    100 CRUNCHES

        Welcome. So happy to see the excitement that you have over your new life-style. Be sure to make a plan of action that you can use to keep yourself motivated. This is so important for times when you are feeling blue or having emotional issues.

        Check out all the fantastic forums in the ADBB. We have topics on exercise, recipes, health/life issues, challenges, motivation (Loser's Lounge, Before/After,). Everyone here is working together to make it happen. You have joined the best support group for giving you inspiration and advice on getting healthy and fit. Best wishes!!!

          Welcome to ADBB. These folks are great. They have been such an inspiration for me. I'm sure they will be for you, too. Stick with their advice, you'll do a wonderful job at reaching goal.
          June Goals
          1. Continue with water
          2. Use bike more (3x per week would be nice).
          3. Continue with videos.
          4. Go to the YMCA for water classes.
          5. Build stamina for more walking.


          Goals for May:
          1. Water every day - at least 100 oz.
          2. Walk through Wal Mart instead of ride.
          3. Post every day.
          4. Get the exercise bike out of basement and use it!
          5. Re-read DANDR! It's been too long.
