    I am so excited about finding this BB. So much information and encouragement. I'm a 46 year old, 5'-2" female and need to lose 50lbs. I have done Atkins in the past and lost 20 lbs and was steadily losing but a vacation threw me over the edge and I gained it all back! So here I go again.

    I am excited about the exercise challenges, hopefully checking in will give me enough of a nudge to stick with it this time.

    No Cheating

                  HI! I am about your height and have almost the same amount of weight to loose. I liked your "no cheating" over and over. I have been thinking I was eating right realizing I've become lazy with my eating.

                    Hi. Welcome to the board. Your stats are close to mine (now) I have set a goal of 140 but will be moving it to 120 as I approach my first goal. Much luck and success to you. Hope to see more of your posts.
