Hey all,
I posted a few weeks ago that I was starting, but the migraine I got quickly threw me off track. However, I'm BACK, and have been faithfully following induction since Thursday. I was so worried I would get that god-awful headache again, but I only had two days of slight headaches, and now I feel WONDERFUL. I wanted to wait a few days to post so I could make sure that I could get through the period of headaches, and I MADE IT!!
My body is responding very well. I was in ketosis by the second day, I have a ton of energy, and I am almost NEVER hungry!! So far, no REAL cravings (unbelieveable for me!!) I was even tempted yesterday with cake, icecream, and pizza, but I was able to eat my steak and salad and be MORE than happy!!
I did, however, have a dream about drinking a chocolate shake...in it I was SOO ashamed of myself!! How funny!!
Only one problem: I have been having pretty terrible diahreeaha (SP??)
Do you guys have any suggestions?
P.S- Drinking over 8 cups of water a day and excersicing daily
