I'm new just registered. I'm restarting atkins on Monday. I'm 180 lbs and got down to 140 just over a year ago when i did atkins last. I put on weight whilst i was in recovery for my Eating Disorder (bulimia) and i feel now i'm ready to diet again but am finding it so hard to get out of the habit of eating what i want when i want.
I really want to do it this time, get healthy, get fit and reach my target.
All my junk food is going and i have stocked up on atkins friendly food i just hope i can do a clean induction and with all your support i think i can.
