Hello, I thought I have been doing the program for about 2 1/2 months ,but have not seen alot of weight loss. I found this site insearch for answers. Evedently Akins breakfast bars are really a nono. I usually have 1-2 a day and count them in my carbs. I have followed this diet to the letter even in very tempting situations. Why does it say you can have the dumb things if you can't!I have only lost 9lbs during this time. Almost all was in the first 2 weeks.
IS this what is stalling me???
