How ya doing people 19 y/o student from the UK here wkd site you got I applaud all the peeps that are sticking to their plans and achieving their goals, forums like this give people hope and a sense of unity so keep it up! For the past year I went on a mad food rampage and this has inevitably added loads of extra bodyfat to my stomach, upper chest and thighs. In the past 3 weeks I've been doing 3 1.5 hour sessions of cardio per week and this has helped but I still have lots of flab covering my pecs, abs and other muscles. I'm coming up to 20 soon and want to start bodybuilding, to achieve this I've decided to undertake the Atkins to shift some of my bodyfat quickly and after the initial 14 days I am hoping to carry on, here's a couple of pics of me at the moment some of you may not think of me as FAT but as you can see I do have a lot of droopy stuff especially around what I call my 'man boobs'! I'm hoping combined with my 3 x cardio a week I'll be able to completely tone down and start pumping some iron!
