I have been reading through the forum for a few weeks now but haven't posted anything so far. I am back on Atkins after being out of this WOE for about a year. I lost about 25 pounds a little over 3 years ago and followed Atkins until I got pregnant last year. I still have about 10-15 pounds that I can't seem to shed so I thought I would try this again. It is so much harder the second time around. I went on Induction about 3 weeks ago and did a clean induction for 2 weeks then I slipped and gained back 5 pounds of the 10 that I had lost.
I have 4 kids, work full time and finding the time to exercise is my toughest problem that I face now. I am finally going to join some of the challenges on this board to help motivate me to exercise!
