Hi im not new here but im starting again so i thought i would post here
i did great the last time i was here, but i slowly gained most of it back
i am starting again at 200 pounds,,,, its scarey how the weight creeps
back up, i am also going thru a family member with cancer and it hasnt
been easy ....i am an emotional eater also, so im here looking for support
so heeeeeeeeeeeelp

The only thing the past should do for you is motivate you to not go down the same roads that led you to places that werent good for you before. Welcome back!






hey, well i dont feel back i think this is like my 4th or 5th attempt. Although this time I am more focused and determined to stick period. I restarted low carbing April 28 and I havent cheated one day. I exercises at least 4-5times a week on my recommenbent bike and I also doing boxing (at home onTV) once or twice a week. Now did anyone notice that they didnt lose weight as fast this time. I mean every time I have done Atkins I drop 10lbs in the first 14days. this time I have been on a month and I think I have only lost about 8lbs. I wonder if the working out is the reason the lbs lost is slower? any advise, i do drink plenty of water 3 (33oz bottles) everyday!
