Hi, I do not know how to do all the good looking graphic like yall so I will just have to write my stats!
I am a 45yr old mom of 3 kids (14yr,11,
and a husband. I am about 5'2 and of course a half inch. I weigh 151 lbs. I have always had to watch my weight and kept in under control but I had surgery a few yrs ago and gain about 40 lbs.I have lost it over the last couple of years but the last 20lbs is going slow. I ahve been doing Atkins for about 2 month but was eating those stuiped Atkins bars and losing slowly. A big 8 pounds. I was walking every day but the past couple of weeks have been crazy and I have not.
I started on Induction again today for a fresh start without bars. I weigh myself way too much and it gives me comfort to see it go down and not up.
My son motivated me by saying very innocently " where you always fat mom"?
I do not want to be a fat anyone. I am a sweet a holic and Atkins saves me from feeling rotten.
Any help will be great. I want to lose this weight before (9/2006) cause my husband and I are going on vacation alone. I want to like me again.
