  • 2nd timer/ now Im in this for the longhaul

Hello everyone I'm new to these post but not to the Atkins diet although I've never read the book.

So my question is are you allowed to eat sugarfree jello in the induction phase.

thanks in advance for your responses.

Hi. Welcome to the board. The answer to your question is yes and no. First off if you can find Jello made with splenda then you are allowed it. Most jello is made with aspertame which is a big no-no on Atkins. the Jello brand premade and mixes are made with aspertame.

My first suggestion would be to get the book (2002 edition) and read from cover to cover, you will be glad you did. Until then look up the stickies of "What foods are allowed during Induction" and print up if you can, it will come in very handy.

    Good luck on your journey!
