Hi everyone! Today is my first day of the induction period. I have done this before and know that it works. I need to trim at least 15 pounds off rather quickly. Any helpful hints for the first week, which for me is the most difficult? I started with a cup of coffee this morning (I know that I am not suppose to have it; but I HAVE to), and two over medium eggs.
I would love to be motivated. I really need to cut back on the coffee.

and try to stay away form caffeine I still have a drink once every couple of days but much better than like 3-4 sodas a day!
