Ok Im finnally trying this diet
. i didnt know what to have for breakfast so im just having 2 hotdogs with some condement (And no bread)
And i have to be very strict for a while because i need to lose nearly 100lbs in 4 months before school restarts (To be able to fit better clothes ect.) also i want to afterwards start a big weight training program (Starting it now acctuallly.) so i can have more muscle to burn fat and wont have to be as strict long term. I also plan on staying on induction a little bit extra.
