Restarting Induction...can I put cashews on my salad?

Hi Guys...well, I'm restarting induction again...actually...I started yesterday.
I'm just wondering about the cashews or nuts on a salad. Are they ok on induction? I didn't read that they are not in the book....

If it's not on the induction list, it shouldn't cross your lips.

In a word, no. Cashews are not induction legal.
