    Hi, First day, first time and optimistic too!

    Hi Guys,

    I am so happy to have found this site! I am a 43 year old, divorced woman. I live in beautiful Wales, by the waterfront. I used to be size 8-10 most of my life but had a hysterectomy 6 years ago, gained a lot of weight and haven't had much success in losing the excess. I have decided to go for it, and am thrilled to know I can share with you all. I ordered the Atkins Revolution book and Diet Planner on Amazon today and am determined to get back to a healthy weight. I am now 206 lbs! What I've read so far has been an inspiration to me. Thank you so much!

    WELCOME!!! and you will get lots of support here. Do take time to go look around in here and look in the threads. they have lots of great info.
    Don't forget to drink lots of water.
